Did the super-hot babysitter show up naked or did Matt Holliday actually hit a home run? As one of your 9 readers I wish you well.

Me and "That Mexican Wife" hope you're doing better, Cam. If it's any consolation, your line about the "passing of the Autobot matrix" KILLED me. Whoops, sorry.

You coming in today?

AJC - feel better soon. Let me know if there's anything I can do like, oh I don't know, come over to your house and watch my Orioles on your MLB baseball package while you convalesce.

Yikes! Hope all is well for you TBG. Your semi-daily columns are a highlight of my work day. Get well soon.

I told you that you should have thought twice about posting the Mommy-Mrs. Butterworth comment.

It almost looks like Stone Cold nailed you in the ambulance too. If so, Bret Hart sends his condolences.

In all seriousness, hope you're feeling better and your convalescence involves lots of couch and fast food time (unless that's what put you in there in the first place).

Hope you are going to be fine for purely selfish reasons, as your stories always make me laugh. Take care.

HOLY CRAP! I know you've been going back and forth with the respiratory problems the last couple of months, but wow! Feel better!

Wow that totally sucks. I hope you get on an effective mix of meds to keep your asthma under control after this (I'm assuming that was the cause). Also, I couldn't help but think of Bushwick Bill on the cover of the Geto Boys "We Can't Be Stopped", although Jalen would've required a denim jacket and fedora to complete the image...

acctg.sean, don't forget to sample his beer to make sure it hasn't gone bad.

Aw, you guys...my sincere thanks. But, since I didn't die, Mrs. Bootleg has been giving me a non-stop ration for nearly 12 straight hours.

Looking forward to reliving it all when the inevitable blog post goes up.

Sorry man, hope you're feeling better. What else will I read to kill time in boring classes?

I'm pissed that Crazy Canuck got to the Bushwick Bill line 1st.

You stole my "picture in the ER bed" photo idea but the respirator is more effective than me giving the middle finger with the finger pulse thingee on it.

Bushwick Bill line? Seriously, I had to look him up on Wikipedia. Remember, I'm Super Un-cool, Middle-Aged White Guy, or SUMAWG for short, Umaga's long-lost, cranky sibling. Just without the tattoos.

As for Aaron, hope you're doing better, and looking forward to your Iliad-sized blog post about this adventure (perhaps with alternate Mrs. Bootleg commentary).

Wow, readers are comin out of the woodwork!

Get better.

I don't think Mrs. Bootleg has ever anticipated a blog post more than the "diary" of this adventure. There's not a soul in San Diego she hasn't told it to (each time with increasingly more laughter).
